We use all organic farming techniques, and we source our organic poultry feed locally! Regenerative agriculture is the name of the game here, so we are constantly working to rehabilitate the soil and improve biodiversity, and we know you’ll see and taste the difference in our products because we start from the ground up! READ MOREOur chickens are raised out in the sun on green grass where they are free to scratch, forage, and do chicken things!! This makes them happy, healthy, and very tasty! They are fed organic local feed and are raised with love and care in small batches. The breed we raise is called Cornish Cross X, which are large, white, broad breasted birds that we grow to between 4.5-7.5 pounds. We have over 20 different breeds of laying hens, so our egg cartons are always packed with a variety of gorgeous colors and sizes! You’ll be able to see and taste the difference in our truly free range eggs! Our girls have tons of space to roam and bugs and grubs to eat, as well as feed from our local organic feed mill (and sometimes even seedlings from our veggie gardens…naughty girls!!).
